Oak Leads

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy explains what Oak Leads collects when you visit oakleads.agency, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only.

1. Who we are

oakleads.agency is operated by Saeed Noori, operating as Oak Leads (“Oak Leads”, “we”, “us”). We are a marketing agency that helps car detailing businesses acquire customers. We are the controller of the information described below. You can reach us at oakleadsconsulting@gmail.com, +1 647 514 6919, or 140 Compton Cres, Bradford, ON L3Z 2X9, Canada.

2. Information you give us

If you complete the form on this site, we collect what you type into it:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • Your business’s Instagram handle
  • Whether detailing is your main income, whether you have the equipment to take on more work, and roughly how many jobs you do a month

We ask for this so we can prepare for, and follow up about, a strategy call. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identifiers, health information, or any other sensitive category of personal information. Please do not send them to us.

Our team may later add internal notes or labels to your record — for example that we spoke on a given date. You can ask for a copy of these; see section 9.

3. Information collected automatically

To understand which advertising works and where visitors lose interest, we record a small set of events as you use the page: that the page loaded, that the video was unmuted, how far through the video you reached, and which step of the form you were on. With each event we store:

  • A random session identifier generated in your browser
  • A broad device category — mobile, tablet or desktop
  • The page address and the referring site, if any
  • Any campaign tags in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content)

If you submit the form, the same campaign tags are stored alongside your enquiry so we know which advertisement brought you to us.

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, which include your IP address, for security and reliability purposes.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.The session identifier described above is held in your browser’s sessionStorage, which is erased when you close the tab, is readable only by this site, and is never shared across other websites. We also briefly store your first name there so the confirmation page can greet you by name.

Third parties we embed may set their own cookies once they load — see the next section. You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings.

5. Who receives your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing. We use the following service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf or in connection with our advertising:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and keeps server logs
  • Neon Inc. — provides the database where enquiries and event records are stored
  • Bunny.net — delivers the video on this page; it receives your IP address in order to serve the file
  • Calendly LLC — powers the booking calendar on the confirmation page, if you choose to book a time
  • Twilio Inc. — checks that the phone number you enter is an active number before your enquiry is saved
  • Slack Technologies, LLC — notifies us of a new enquiry so we can follow up; the notification contains the details you submitted
  • HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel) — our customer relationship management system, where we keep the details you submitted so we can follow up and track your enquiry
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — where you reach this site from an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, information about your visit and whether you submitted the form may be shared with Meta so we can measure and improve that advertising. See section 6.
  • Our customer relationship tools — a completed enquiry may be forwarded to the system we use to manage leads and notify our team, so that we can respond quickly.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

6. Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we use two of Meta’s measurement tools on this site: the Meta Pixel, which runs in your browser, and the Conversions API, which sends the same events from our server.

Through these, Meta may receive that you opened a page, how far through the video you watched, which step of the form you reached, and whether you submitted it. If you complete the form, the contact details you enter — your name, phone number and email address — are sent as well, but only after being converted into an irreversible code (a SHA-256 hash) before they leave. That lets Meta match them against its own records without being able to read them, and we do not send Meta the answers you gave to the qualifying questions.

The purpose is to attribute a booked call to the advertisement that produced it, to stop showing you ads once you have already been in touch, and to find people with similar interests. Meta processes what it receives under its own terms. You can review and adjust what Meta does with your information in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, and you can limit tracking at the device level through your operating system’s privacy controls.

This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Calls, texts and emails

When you give us your phone number and email address through the form, you are asking us to get in touch about your enquiry and the strategy call you requested. We will call or email you about it.

Text messages (SMS). Oak Leads collects your mobile number only when you provide it and consent to receive text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as messaging providers.

We text you only if you tick the optional, unchecked text-message consent box on our form. Those messages are follow-ups about your inquiry, call scheduling, appointment reminders and occasional service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Full terms are in our Terms of Service, section 6.

Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) applies to the commercial messages we send. That means every such message will identify us, give you our mailing address, and carry a way to unsubscribe that works for at least 60 days. You can also simply reply and tell us to stop, or write to oakleadsconsulting@gmail.com, and we will remove you promptly and without asking why.

We will not add you to an unrelated mailing list, and we will not pass your number to anyone else to market to you.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about our services and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour requests and meet our record-keeping obligations. Analytics event records are kept in aggregate form for campaign measurement. When information is no longer needed for these purposes we delete it, and we will delete it sooner if you ask.

9. Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop contacting you

Email oakleadsconsulting@gmail.com and we will respond within the time your local law requires, and within 30 days in any case. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in California, you have the rights above under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of anyone under 16.

If you are in Canada, you have the right under PIPEDA to access your personal information and to challenge its accuracy, and to withdraw consent at any time.

If you are in the UK or EEA, we rely on your consent where you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising for the event records described in section 3. You may object to that processing, request portability, or complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. Security and international transfers

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in access-controlled systems. Our providers operate infrastructure in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, under contractual protections with those providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and move the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
